Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Memphis, TN is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot and repair Medical Imaging Equipment at customer sites. You will deliver timely repairs and train operators to optimize system performance while managing territory finances and assets.

You will build strong customer relationships, perform administrative duties, and work with minimal supervision to ensure solutions meet quality and budget targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; technical Associates Degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Servicing Medical Imaging Equipment in the Memphis, TN area.
• Installing, troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance on Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites with minimal supervision.
• Delivering timely and effective repairs and training of operators to ensure optimal system performance.
• Managing financial performance within territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue, expense control and inventory management.
• Managing company assets including a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts.
• Establishing and maintaining proper business relationships with customers and peers; performing administrative duties accurately.
