Coberon Chronos is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Sweden to provide on-site and remote support for advanced imaging systems. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues while owning the customer experience end-to-end.

The role requires solid experience in troubleshooting medical imaging equipment, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a dynamic position that might demand occasional travel within a 300 km radius and requires a customer-first attitude.

Qualifications

• 2+ years servicing/installing medical imaging equipment (CT/Nuclear Medicine preferred).
• Ability to work independently with high autonomy.
• Customer-first attitude with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and phone support for technical issues.
• Take full ownership of customer cases.
• Coordinate internal resources for high-quality resolutions.
• Support new product releases and installations.
• Deliver clear status reporting to teams and stakeholders.
