Job summary

Capri-Sun Sweden is building a new team and seeks a Customer Service and Supply Planner to drive order-to-cash, forecast demand, and replenish the local warehouse from our German manufacturing plant.

In this role you will work hands-on in SAP, coordinate with Sales, Production and Logistics, and help create seamless, timely deliveries for Swedish customers while growing with a fast-paced, high-growth team.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in customer service, order management or supply chain, ideally in Sweden.
• Experience in FMCG, preferably branded beverages.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP and data analysis.
• Experience in demand, replenishment and inventory planning.
• Strong understanding of order-to-cash and supply chain processes.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders end to end and maintain accurate data in SAP.
• Resolve customer issues and support receivables and financial closing.
• Coordinate supply, promotions and product launches; prepare forecasts and documentation.
• Plan demand, replenishment and inventory; ensure product availability and allocate stock.
• Monitor delivery performance and KPI reporting; drive forecast accuracy and S&OP.

We are looking for a Customer Service and Supply Planner to join our new team in Sweden.

SCOPE OF THE ROLE

In this role, you will drive flawless execution of the order-to-cash process and ensure customers in Sweden get what they need, on time and in full. In addition, you will do operations planning, mainly forecasting and re-filling of the local warehouse from our German manufacturing plant and serving the different customers either from Germany or the local warehouse.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on and proactive allrounder, who likes to adjust the company-wide processes to local conditions and to create new workflows.

Your Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Manage customer orders end to end
• Maintain accurate customer, pricing and order data in SAP
• Resolve customer claims and service issues
• Support receivables and financial closing
• Coordinate supply, promotions and product launches
• Prepare customer agreements, forecasts and product documentation
• Improve customer service processes

Supply Planning

• Plan demand, replenishment and inventory
• Ensure product availability and allocate stock
• Coordinate supply with Sales, Production and Planning
• Manage quality release and availability issues
• Reduce slow-moving and obsolete stock
• Monitor delivery performance and report KPIs
• Improve forecast accuracy and coordinate S&OP
• Optimise planning and logistics processes
• Coordinate logistics and production partners

Your Key Performance Indicators

• OTIF (On Time In Full delivery)
• Order and invoice accuracy
• Case fill rate
• Complaint resolution time
• Support on overdue receivables (DSO)
• Balanced and reasonable stock levels in warehouses
• Smooth deliveries from and into the Swedish warehouse
• Slow movers reduction

YOUR PROFILE

• At least five years of experience in customer service, order management or supply chain, ideally in Sweden
• Experience in FMCG, preferably in a branded food or beverage business
• Proficiency in SAP ERP and operational data analysis
• Experience in demand, replenishment and inventory planning
• Sound understanding of order-to-cash and supply chain processes
• Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills
• Accuracy, organisation and effective priority management
• A proactive, hands-on approach and ownership of results
• Clear communication and strong cross-functional coordination skills
• Business fluency in Swedish and English
