Job summary

PHINIA is seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Finance Leader to own budgeting, forecasting, and the annual business plan. You will oversee cost accounting, balance sheet integrity, and cost savings initiatives while guiding plant leaders with clear financial insights.

You will influence cross‑functional decisions, manage investment evaluation and business cases, and develop a culture of financial awareness to create value. Strong Excel and ICFR knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or finance and manufacturing accounting experience.
• Eight years of progressive responsibility with focus on financial planning.
• CPA or CMA preferred; knowledge of US GAAP advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own budget, business plan and monthly forecast processes for the plant.
• Provide operational finance support and explain P&L, balance sheet impacts.
• Lead investment evaluation, business cases and cost optimization initiatives.
• Support leadership with financial guidance and cross‑functional collaboration.
