Job summary

PHINIA is seeking an FP&A Analyst for the Åmål plant to turn financial and operations data into actionable insights. You will support planning, forecasting and management reporting and collaborate with Manufacturing and other plant functions to improve performance and controls.

The role emphasizes accurate monthly forecasts, inventory provisions, and strong cross-functional communication in English; Swedish is preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; or progressing toward qualification.
• Experience in financial planning and analysis, management reporting, forecasting or plant controlling.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the plant budget and monthly forecast with focus on sales and manufacturing performance.
• Support Engineering with financial reporting and drive monthly forecast process.
• Prepare timely management reporting and analyses for Åmål Finance and Manufacturing teams.
• Develop daily manufacturing reporting aligned with plant operating model.
