Job summary

Getinge Sterilization in Sweden is seeking a Manager of Process Flow Excellence to own the Design-to-Order value stream from order registration through manufacturing to final delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams including Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Production, Planning and Supply Chain to drive flow and customer satisfaction.

You will optimize lead times, delivery precision, capacity utilization and operational governance using Lean principles, KPI tracking, and SAP

About this opportunity

You’ll take ownership of our Design-to-Order (DTO) value stream — the end-to-end process that runs from customer order registration through manufacturing to final delivery. It’s a highly visible, cross-functional role, working closely with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, and Customer Operations.

Your mission is to optimize the performance of the entire value stream by reducing lead times, improving delivery precision, increasing capacity utilization, and driving operational excellence across the organization.

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to own and continuously improve the Design-to-Order value stream — from customer order through manufacturing to final delivery — driving flow, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction across the organization.

What you will do

• Own and develop the end-to-end Design-to-Order process from order registration to final delivery.
• Drive improvements across the value stream, focusing on flow, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify bottlenecks, eliminate waste, and improve throughput.
• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives that strengthen operational performance and business results.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as lead time, delivery precision, throughput, and capacity utilization.

This position is based at the site in Getinge.

You will bring

To be successful in this position, we believe that you have the following qualifications.

• Extensive leadership experience from manufacturing, operations, supply chain, engineering, or industrial environments.
• Proven success leading cross-functional improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of value stream management, operational excellence, Lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder landscapes and driving change without direct authority.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using KPIs and data-driven decision-making to strengthen operational governance.
• Experience working with SAP systems
• Fluency in Swedish and English, orally and written.
