Job summary

Getinge Sterilization in Sweden is seeking a Manager of Process Flow Excellence to own the Design-to-Order value stream from order registration through manufacturing to final delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams including Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Production, Planning and Supply Chain to drive flow and customer satisfaction.

You will optimize lead times, delivery precision, capacity utilization and operational governance using Lean principles, KPI tracking, and SAP

Qualifications

Extensive leadership experience in manufacturing/operations.
Proven success leading cross-functional improvement initiatives.
Strong value stream management and Lean principles knowledge.
Experience managing complex stakeholders without direct authority.
Strong analytical skills and KPI-driven governance.
Experience working with SAP systems.
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end DTO process from order to delivery.
Drive improvements across the value stream for flow, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Identify bottlenecks, eliminate waste, and improve throughput.
Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives that strengthen performance.
Monitor KPIs such as lead time, delivery precision, throughput and capacity utilization.
