Job summary

Cytiva, part of Danaher, is seeking a Manager of Global Service Readiness Engineering (CIBP) to lead a team of service readiness engineers across multiple product lines. The role combines people leadership with hands-on engineering to deliver high-quality service deliverables on time in NPD and Lifecycle Management projects.

The position is onsite in Uppsala, Sweden, or Portsmouth, UK, reporting to Global Service Engineering & Equipment Intelligence.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
Experience leading technical teams and delivering on tollgates.
Experience in life sciences, medical devices, or similar.
Familiarity with NPD and lifecycle projects.
Knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP/GxP, or Veeva QMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of service readiness engineers with hiring and performance management.
Oversee daily operations to ensure on-time delivery of service deliverables across tollgates and activities.
Drive DFS scoring, Service Plans, EHS risk assessments, and spare parts strategies for product platforms.
Manage lifecycle documentation updates, engineering changes, and calibration procedures.
Act as SME on service aspects, interfacing with R&D, Manufacturing and QA.
