We seek an AI & Digital Transformation Consultant to lead strategic transformations for market-leading clients across the Nordics and the Netherlands, blending strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

You will mentor junior consultants, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, and help drive growth while upholding Nordic values of openness and grit.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of management consulting experience.
• Strategic mindset with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
• Functional focus in digital transformation, AI, digital marketing, or sales.
• Track record delivering digital transformation projects with clients.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI & digital transformations: Direct complex projects and programs driving growth and capability maturity.
• Advise senior leaders: Build relationships with directors on strategic initiatives requiring cross-functional teams.
• Scale our AI Practice: Contribute to AI advisory, helping clients identify, validate, and integrate AI technologies.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration: Work across Curamando and Eidra networks to bring the right blend of strategy and delivery.
• Mentor and develop talent: Guide junior consultants and foster knowledge-sharing.
• Drive commercial growth: Identify expansion opportunities, lead pitches and proposals, close deals.

What you will do

• Lead AI & digital transformations: Direct complex projects and programs that drive measurable top-line growth and digital capability maturity for our clients.

• Advise senior leaders: Build relationship and partner with senior leaders and directors on strategic initiatives requiring multi-disciplinary teams and high-impact change management.

• Scale our AI Practice: Actively contribute to our growing AI advisory, helping clients identify, validate, and integrate AI technologies into their core business operations.

• Drive cross-functional collaboration: Work seamlessly across Curamando's specialized teams and the broader Eidra network to bring the exact right blend of strategic, technical, and creative capabilities to every engagement.

• Mentor and develop talent: Guide junior consultants, foster knowledge-sharing, and contribute to our inclusive, performance-driven culture.

• Drive commercial growth: Spot expansion opportunities within client accounts, lead high-impact pitch processes and client proposals, close deals, fuelling Curamando's pipeline and top-line performance.
  

Who you are

• Consulting Experience: 2-5 years of management consulting experience from a recognized consulting firm or specialist advisory environment.

• Strategic & Practical Mindset: A strategic mindset paired with a pragmatic, hands-on approach, and a strong ability to structure complex problems and communicate recommendations clearly.

• Functional & AI Focus: Practical experience in digital transformation, digital marketing, sales, or AI, alongside experience utilizing AI tools and methodologies to enhance project delivery.

• Project & Delivery Experience: Track record of active participation in delivering digital transformation projects and engaging effectively with client stakeholders in complex environments.

• Cross-Functional Team Player: Demonstrated ability to thrive within multidisciplinary teams alongside subject matter experts across tech, design, and commercial strategy.

• Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.

• Core Motivation: A genuine passion for business, people, and driving the mechanisms that allow organizations to achieve lasting change.
