Eidra is seeking an experienced management consultant to lead strategic transformation programs across industries. You will work with senior executives, shape recommendations, and drive impactful change in a fast‑growing, AI‑powered consultancy.

You will collaborate with Eidra's 1,400+ experts, develop growth strategies, operating models and new offerings in Brand, AI and Technology, and contribute to client proposals while strengthening our culture and delivery capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting from a recognized consulting firm or specialist advisory environment.
• Experience in incorporating AI in all aspects of the consulting delivery.
• A strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, execution-oriented approach.
• Deep experience in growth strategy, business model development, operating models and organizational transformation.
• Expertise in one or more areas that reflects our offerings at Eidra, such as Brand & Communication, Marketing & Sales, Innovation & Experience, Technology & Product or AI.
• The ability to structure complex problems and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Experience leading projects and managing complex stakeholder environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English.
• A genuine interest in business, people, and how organizations create lasting change.
