The role

Curamando is growing and is now looking for a senior advisory consultant. At Curamando, you'll work closely with a range of clients, from medium size to enterprise, on their marketing and content challenges. One month you might help an industrial company restructure its content so both people and AI can use it. The next, you could be reshaping a consumer brand's in-house content studio or getting its performance marketing agencies to deliver as one team defining ways of working and KPIs.

You'll help set the direction, and then you'll often stay to make it work. That means leading teams of client staff, consultants and agencies, running the workshops and improving the processes, and sometimes rolling up your sleeves to do the work yourself. AI is part of how you work every day, and you'll help clients use it to get more done with less effort.

About you

You have led large-scale operational initiatives or strategic programs at larger companies or on the agency/consultancy side, and you understand how decisions get made and how work actually gets done. You're driven and you care about results, and you don't need a big title to feel important. If a project needs someone to write the brief, chase the approval or rebuild the plan at short notice, you do what's needed.

You challenge what doesn't create value and suggest a better way forward. Trust comes from listening, being straightforward and following through. A strong commercial understanding underpins your recommendations, with the ability to build a business case, speak to ROI and connect marketing and content decisions to margin and revenue impact. Taking ownership means being comfortable with delivery, not just advice: keeping things on track, holding people accountable and making the call when things need to change.

We are looking for someone who

• Has 10+ years of experience in marketing, content or communications

• At least five years in a leadership role with a good track record

• Has led large teams and worked closely with creative, media and digital agencies

• Enjoys both shaping the plan and leading the hands-on work

• Gets stakeholders aligned in complex organisations

• Turns customer insight into content that works across channels

• Uses AI in their own work and sees how it can make teams more efficient

• Is fluent in Swedish and English and is based in Gothenburg or willing to relocate

It is an advantage if you have
