We seek an AI & Digital Transformation Consultant to lead strategic transformations for market-leading clients across the Nordics and the Netherlands, blending strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

You will mentor junior consultants, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, and help drive growth while upholding Nordic values of openness and grit.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of management consulting experience.
• Strategic mindset with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
• Functional focus in digital transformation, AI, digital marketing, or sales.
• Track record delivering digital transformation projects with clients.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI & digital transformations: Direct complex projects and programs driving growth and capability maturity.
• Advise senior leaders: Build relationships with directors on strategic initiatives requiring cross-functional teams.
• Scale our AI Practice: Contribute to AI advisory, helping clients identify, validate, and integrate AI technologies.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration: Work across Curamando and Eidra networks to bring the right blend of strategy and delivery.
• Mentor and develop talent: Guide junior consultants and foster knowledge-sharing.
• Drive commercial growth: Identify expansion opportunities, lead pitches and proposals, close deals.
