Job summary

Curamando seeks an AI & Digital Transformation Manager to shape and lead high-impact projects bridging strategy and hands-on execution. You will partner with senior directors to drive multi-disciplinary AI initiatives and digital transformation across client engagements, contributing to measurable top-line growth.

You will mentor junior consultants, foster knowledge-sharing, and collaborate within Curamando and Eidra to deliver innovative solutions while maintaining a Nordic, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of management consulting experience in a recognized firm or advisory environment.
• A strategic mindset paired with an execution-oriented approach.
• Expertise in Digital transformations, Digital Marketing & Sales and/or AI.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across functions.
• Excellent written and spoken Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI & digital transformations: Direct complex projects and programs that drive measurable top-line growth and digital capability maturity for our clients.
• Advise senior leaders: Build relationships with senior leaders and directors on strategic initiatives requiring multi-disciplinary teams and high-impact change management.
• Scale our AI Practice: Contribute to our growing AI advisory, helping clients identify, validate, and integrate AI technologies into operations.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration: Work across Curamando's teams and the Eidra network to blend strategic, technical, and creative capabilities.
• Mentor and develop talent: Guide junior consultants, foster knowledge-sharing, and contribute to an inclusive, performance-driven culture.
• Drive commercial growth: Spot expansion opportunities within client accounts, lead high-impact pitch processes and client proposals, close deals.
