Next Job Abroad in Malta is seeking an energetic, early-career customer support professional to join our growing iGaming team. You’ll manage live chat and email queries, explain game rules and bonuses, and help players with payouts and accounts.

Ideal candidates have prior contact center or live chat experience, are fluent in Swedish and English, and are excited to relocate to Malta to join a fast-paced, international team.

Qualifications

• This role requires hands-on experience in a customer service environment (call center, contact center, or BPO live chat).
• Native or near-native Swedish (C2) and strong written/spoken English.
• Comfort navigating CRM dashboards and learning internal tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide live chat and email support to players with game rules, bonuses, and payouts.
• De-escalate issues, troubleshoot problems, and maintain a positive user experience.
• Collaborate with VIP, Payments, and Risk teams to keep the platform running smoothly.
• Maintain high energy and engage with users using active listening and a friendly tone.
