Ideal candidates have proven support experience, strong Swedish and English skills, and a willingness to relocate to Malta for rapid career growth in a dynamic iGaming environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service environment (call center, live chat, or BPO).
• Native or near-native Swedish (C2) with strong English written and spoken skills.
• Comfort with CRM dashboards and multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and join an international team.

Responsibilities

• Live Chat & Email Support: assist players with rules, bonuses, payouts and verification.
• De-escalate issues, troubleshoot, and ensure positive user experiences.
• Collaborate with VIP, Payments and Risk teams to keep the platform smooth.
• Maintain high energy, show personality, and practice active listening daily.
