Ideal candidates have proven customer service experience, native-level Swedish (C2) and strong English, plus a willingness to relocate.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in a call center, contact center, or live chat environment.
• Native or near-native Swedish (C2) with strong English written and spoken skills.
• Experience using a ticketing system and CRM dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Provide live chat and email support to players in real time.
• De-escalate issues, troubleshoot, and maintain positive user experiences.
• Collaborate with VIP, Payments, and Risk teams to ensure smooth operation.
• Bring personality and active listening to daily interactions.
