Next Job Abroad is seeking an energetic support professional to join a bold iGaming team in Malta. You will handle live chat and email queries, assist with game rules, bonuses, payouts, and verifications, and act as the frontline hero for thousands of active players.

The role demands proven customer service experience, strong Swedish (C2) and English skills, and comfort with CRM tools. Relocation is provided, with a competitive salary and relocation perks in a vibrant international setting.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in customer service (call center, live chat, or similar).
• Swedish native or near-native (C2) level; strong English communication.
• Able to navigate CRM dashboards and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and join an international team.

Responsibilities

• Live Chat & Email Support for players, handling rules, bonuses, payouts, and verifications.
• De-escalate issues, troubleshoot technical glitches, and ensure positive user experiences.
• Collaborate with VIP, Payments, and Risk teams to maintain platform operations.
• Maintain high energy, bring personality and active listening to daily work.
