Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group in Stockholm is seeking an M365 Technical Advisor to join our Swedish IT advisory team. You will work hands-on designing and implementing Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions, providing technical direction and architecture for clients across industries.

The role focuses on architecture, roadmaps, and advisory work rather than purely management, with responsibilities spanning Intune, Conditional Access, Defender, MCAS, and security.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Experience with Azure landing zones, governance, and tenant design.
• Strong knowledge of M365 security and Modern Workplace technologies.
• Good understanding of AD DS, Windows Server, virtualization, and networking.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
• Fluent Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Assess client environments and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design Azure and M365 architectures, roadmaps, and solutions.
• Advise across M365, Azure, identity, security, and Modern Workplace.
• Design and implement technologies including Intune, Conditional Access, PIM, Defender, EOP, and MCAS.
• Provide technical recommendations and decision support to IT leadership.
• Support architecture reviews, procurements, supplier discussions, and technical workshops.
• Contribute to internal methods, AI initiatives, and ways of working.
