Sii Sweden is expanding its Microsoft offering and is looking for an experienced Microsoft Consultant to deliver solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with a strong focus on Copilot and Power Platform.

In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize Microsoft-based solutions, collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into effective technical outcomes and drive value with Copilot, Power Platform, and Power BI.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Senior Consultant/Architect with a strong focus on Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Fluent in English and Swedish; experience working with international teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and architecture of M365 solutions using Copilot and Power Platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Perform advanced business and technical analysis for Copilot and Power Platform solutions.
Support adoption and practical use of M365 and AI tools; ensure scalability, security and performance.
Guide and mentor development teams during implementation; stay updated on M365 features.
Lead the integration of M365 solutions with other systems and technologies.
Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients.
