Job summary

Empathy Talent is seeking an Azure Technical Account Manager / Technical Support Engineer for a leading automotive enterprise in Gothenburg, Sweden. This hybrid contract role combines remote cloud work with regular onsite presence, on a 12-month initial term with potential extension.

You will be the regional expert for Azure support, troubleshooting, and cloud architecture guidance, developing long-term relationships and driving best practices across the client’s environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in supporting and optimizing core Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities with analytical approach to complex environments.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills in English for diverse teams.
• Microsoft certifications such as AZ-900 or AZ-104 are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive Azure support and rapid incident resolution across core services.
• Provide strategic cloud advisory on architecture, performance, and operations.
• Foster strong relationships with regional engineering teams to address environment issues.
• Bridge technical and business communications by translating cloud concepts into actionable guidance.
