Job summary

IMI Supply Chain Solutions in Linköping is seeking an Application Consultant to drive customer onboarding, configuration, and ongoing support for our logistics software. You will collaborate with customers, software engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure successful deliveries and high satisfaction.

The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, problem solving, and proactive communication in Swedish and English, with a hybrid working model at the Linköping site.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary IT, logistics or related field required.
• At least three years in software delivery or customer-facing solutions.
• Experience with application configuration and administration.
• Customer onboarding and implementation project experience.
• Strong communication in Swedish and English.
• Familiarity with SQL, Postman and Azure DevOps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and drive implementations.
• Configure customer environments and support go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot system functionality, workflows and integrations.
• Train users on system functionality and business processes.
• Manage onboarding and change requests end-to-end.
• Coordinate with developers, architects and project managers.
• Build strong customer relationships and assist satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and services.
• Gather and communicate requirements to deliver the right solutions.
