Job summary

IMI Supply Chain Solutions is seeking an Application Consultant to join a cross‑functional team in Linköping. You will onboard customers, configure environments, and support go‑live activities, while collaborating with software engineers, architects, and project managers.

You will train users, troubleshoot integrations, and manage change requests, ensuring delivery quality and high customer satisfaction in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary IT or logistics education, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years in software delivery, onboarding, or SaaS support.
• Experience with customer-facing implementations and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and ensure successful implementations.
• Configure customer environments and support go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot system functionality, workflows, and integrations.
• Train users in system functionality and business processes.
• Manage onboarding and change requests from requirements to delivery.
• Act as liaison between customers and development teams.
• Gather requirements to ensure the right solutions are delivered.
• Drive customer cases through to completion.
