Job summary

foodora, part of Delivery Hero, is seeking a People Partner to support our logistics team in Sweden. You will drive HR topics operationally and strategically, acting as a trusted business partner to managers and the logistics leadership, with a focus on people performance, culture, and compliance.

You will manage short- and long-term HR strategy, including work environment, labour law, training, salary reviews, and workforce planning, while collaborating closely with the broader People & Culture

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience in a personnel-intensive company
• Academic degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• Extensive knowledge of HR processes and best practices
• Strong expertise in labor law, union negotiations, and safety
• Fluent Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Experience in logistics or startups is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Drive HR topics both operationally and strategically for the logistics team
• Be part of the logistics management team and drive the People & Culture agenda
• Set up short-term and long-term HR strategy including work environment, labour law, training, and workforce planning
• Be the logistics team’s business partner and support managers
• Handle the CBA and union-related matters
