You will be the main contact for high-level inquiries, guiding customers and resolving issues to maintain exceptional satisfaction.

The role covers data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma, and other relevant higher education.
• 2+ years of experience in Learning Services or equivalent.
• Proven ability to coordinate logistics, communications, registrations and scheduling.
• Experience analyzing training data, evaluation results, and program metrics.
• Hands-on support for learning operations and administrative processes including LMS use.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver complex Learning services programs across multiple sites.
• Serve as primary contact for learning services inquiries and issues.
• Oversee participant journey from registration to post-course evaluation.
• Analyze training data and prepare reports to support improvements.
• Support classroom preparation and logistics, including demo equipment.
