Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Västerås, Sweden seeks a Learning Facilitator to deliver leadership and development programs across Europe and beyond.

You will run workshops, coaching sessions, and virtual training with global stakeholders, measuring impact and ensuring inclusive learning for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years hands-on experience in facilitation of learning & development trainings.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and modern training methodologies.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills in both in-person and virtual settings.
• Ability to evaluate training effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Train-the-Trainer certification and/or certification in leadership development tools or assessments is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
