Job summary

Strawberry is seeking a hands-on Learning Technology lead to shape our learning ecosystem across 250+ hotels in the Nordics. You will own the LMS, drive transitions to a mature tech setup, and optimize data flows between systems to deliver training with minimal manual admin.

You will collaborate with the Head of T&D and the People team to translate digital platforms into practical tools for frontline hotel teams, focusing on scalability, self-service, and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LMS management or digital learning production.
• Ability to translate digital platforms into practical tools for hotel operations.
• Strong relationship-building and pragmatic change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and professionalize the LMS, lead transitions to a mature tech setup, and optimize data flows between systems.
• Stakeholder management to align training with operational needs.
• Use data to track learning impact and ensure training supports performance and quality.
• Enable decentralized production with templates and quick e-learning builds.
• Design digital learning that translates into leader-led onboarding for thousands of new team members each year.
