Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Line Manager for the Silicon Network IP Development section in Lund. You will coach and develop teams, align with business priorities, and secure long-term capabilities while collaborating with global R&D to meet current and future needs.

You will drive workforce planning, manage budgets, and lead capability investments to deliver high-quality silicon networking solutions across sites and domains.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with a genuine passion for developing people and teams.
• Experience in R&D organizations with networking, Ethernet, digital hardware, ASIC/FPGA/SoC knowledge a plus.
• Strong understanding of product development processes and agile ways of working.
• Experience in workforce planning, competence development, and resource management.
• Experience managing budgets and driving organizational performance.
