This is a strategic and hands on position. You’ll work at senior stakeholder and governance level, representing the employee voice and influencing priorities, while also getting involved directly in journey mapping, service design and UX.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Map end-to-end employee journeys, identifying key moments, pain points and opportunities to improve the experience.
  • Lead journey-level experience reviews across multiple service areas and identify where changes will deliver the greatest employee and business value.
  • Triage and prioritise experience needs based on root cause, impact and value, rather than treating individual requests in isolation.
  • Define a focused set of Employee Experience / UX KPIs to measure whether the experience is genuinely improving.
  • Turn research and insight into a prioritised UX and service design backlog, creating clear briefs that delivery teams can take forward.
  • Represent the employee voice within senior governance forums, ensuring decisions remain anchored in user and business value.
  • Deliver hands on UX and service design activity alongside the strategic elements of the role.
What we’re looking for:
  • Strong background in UX, Employee Experience or Service Design.
  • Experience mapping complex end-to-end user or employee journeys.
  • Strong knowledge of service design, journey mapping and experience measurement.
