Location: Europe (Remote)

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to transform the ServiceNow HRSD Knowledge Base into a world-class self-service experience for amangers and employees across the globe.

This role combines content excellence with technical design. You’ll design intuitive information architecture, enabling easy navigation and efficient search.

Beyond content, you’ll also define the knowledge base architecture to support automation, AI, and chatbot enablement, ensuring scalability and seamless integration across HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Apply UX best practices to structure content for intuitive self-service journeys.
• Design and maintain a scalable knowledge architecture optimised for AI and automation.
