Job summary
Aurora Engineering AB is seeking an experienced Requirements Analyst to plan, lead, and drive requirements activities within business development projects. You will work with stakeholders to translate needs into clear requirements and ensure traceability and quality throughout the lifecycle.
The role may expand to include test management and quality assurance responsibilities. You will collaborate with operations, project managers, developers, and testers in a regulated environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading requirements engineering/business analysis in development projects.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, validating and managing requirements.
- Experience with legal and regulatory requirements in business environments.
- Certification in established requirements or BA methodology (IREB/CBAP or equivalent).
- Hands-on with Azure DevOps or similar tools for requirements/backlog/issue management.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and drive requirements activities within business development projects.
- Identify, map, analyze, and document business needs and stakeholder requirements.
- Translate needs into structured functional and non-functional requirements.
- Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and traceable through the lifecycle.
- Structure, review, and quality-assure requirements documentation.
