Qualifications

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications.
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, HTML/JavaScript; Groovy, XML, Ubuntu, MariaDB, MSSQL.

Responsibilities

• Interfacing with stakeholders – internal/external (Managers, Owners, Analysts, Infrastructure, Developers).
• Managing and maintaining production environment.
• Change management and application deployments.
• Restore service quickly to minimize impact on business operations.
• Coordinate incident triage in line with SLAs/OLAs.
• Facilitate outage calls and mobilize resources for Major Incidents.
• Prepare internal reports on Major incidents and lead reviews with Exec Management.
• SLA & KPI reporting
• Onsite–Offshore coordination.
• Configuration, customization and integration of applications.
• Client interfacing and offshore coordination.
• Available for on-call support.
