Job summary

Ampstek is seeking a technically strong engineer with telecommunications domain experience to lead end-to-end software delivery. You will code, test, and integrate across multi-layer systems while coordinating with global teams.

You will participate in hands-on development, design reviews and provide guidance to junior staff, ensuring smooth production support and client-facing collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all codes delivery.
• Delivery of application code, functional test automation code, unit test code, integration tests, and service virtualization.
• Build and maintain test programs.
• System implementation including gathering requirements and system solution design.
• Hands-on development, reviews and technical guidance to team members.
• Interfacing with technical and business stakeholders – internal and external.
• Configuration, customization and integration of application.
• Client interfacing and offshore coordination.
• Available to be on-call and support production issues.

Job Description:

• Experience in telecommunication domain.

Technical expertise

• Java , Spring Boot, Angular, MSSQL, L2/L3 support ,ITIL processes and ITSM tools (ServiceNow or equivalent), Handling 24x7 operations, critical incidents, Monitoring & observability tools (APM, logs, alerts)s
• Familiar with latest trends in industry from technology and domain standpoint
• Experience and good understanding of IT SDLC lifecycle phases. Through understanding Agile principles and practices
• Strong business process/system analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels.
• Creative, innovative and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
