Qualifications

Advanced degree in analytical chemistry or related field and 10+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in developing, validating, and implementing analytical methods for drug products.
Experience with analytical control strategies and regulatory filings (CMC).
Experience in predictive science, modelling, automation, and digitisation/AI.

Responsibilities

Provide analytical leadership across development projects and global teams.
Drive development of predictive models and automation in analytical chemistry workflows.
Lead analytical strategy for drug substances and products from pre-clinical to early clinical development.
Mentor teams and contribute to external collaborations and publications.
Navigate regulatory considerations and contribute to technology scouting and digitisation initiatives.
