Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on laboratory experience for process understanding and development.
• Strong data interpretation to support development decisions.
• Experience with pharmaceutical process development within CMC for oral solid dosage and/or parenteral products.
• Familiarity with regulatory documentation to support clinical development and/or marketing applications.
• Experience applying modelling, simulation and digital technologies to support process understanding.
• Strong scientific problem-solving and data interpretation.
• Excellent written and spoken English and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities designing and developing robust manufacturing processes for oral and parenteral drug products.
• Design, execute and interpret laboratory studies to build process understanding.
• Contribute to cross-functional teams developing, scaling and transferring processes for oral and parenteral products.
• Apply modelling, simulation and digital tools to enhance process understanding and guide experiments.
• Drive adoption of digital approaches in pharmaceutical process development.
• Collaborate across Global Product Development to maximise data-driven development value.
• Plan and deliver technical activities to timelines and quality standards.
