Job summary

You will unite data foundations, AI technology, and process reinvention to accelerate medicines with a focus on adoption and scale.

You will build and lead teams of data scientists, ML engineers, and product managers, partnering with IT to create robust MLOps and reusable platforms delivering measurable patient and business

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in data science, CS, statistics, or engineering.
• 10+ years in data science with leadership experience in pharma/biotech.
• Proven delivery of ML, DL, Foundation Models, and multi-agent systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-scale AI delivery across development and supply chains.
• Establish AI product management and MLOps operating models with IT.
• Define governance, validation standards, and reusable data products.
