Job summary

Hailey HR in Stockholm is hiring a Customer Success Specialist, an entry-level role for new graduates with growth into HR project management. You will become an expert in our HR system and help customers maximise value from the platform.

You will onboard customers, educate users, keep the knowledge base up to date, and support inquiries while maintaining strong relationships in a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Recently graduated with a post-secondary degree in HR, Business Administration, Leadership (or equivalent).
• Experience within HR/equivalent during studies is highly beneficial.
• Full professional fluency in Swedish, Finnish and strong English skills, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Leading customers through the implementation of our HR system.
• Onboarding and educating customers in using the system.
• Keeping our knowledge base up to date for customers.
• Managing the support chat and assisting with customer inquiries.
• Maintaining relationships while keeping a high level service.
