Job summary

Gainable is hiring to grow and run its growth machine day to day. You’ll translate senior GTM decisions into working systems, learn from seasoned colleagues, and iterate quickly with data.

A startup internship or side project counts; you’ll work with AI-first tooling and a strong focus on outbound and funnel optimization. You’ll be building the outbound stack, instrumenting the complete funnel in PostHog, and creating small internal tools that connect data sources and CRM.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience; side project, startup internship or self-taught track record counts
• You know the GTM basics: funnel, outbound, activation matters
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, SQL or a query language, and a funnel chart
• Have used AI tools to build things, not just to chat
• You are hungry: ship multiple experiments weekly
• Adaptive: pivot pipelines quickly when direction changes
• You learn from experienced people and ask questions before getting stuck
• You write clear English; most customers are in the US

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain our outbound stack: intent data, enrichment, sequencing and LinkedIn automation
• Instrument the funnel end to end in PostHog, from first visit to paid, and make the numbers trustworthy
• Write scripts and small internal tools connecting data sources, CRM and messaging (mostly built in Gainable)
• Execute experiments decided with adviser and founder, report outcomes with data
• Feed our AI visibility work (Promptwatch, SEO, Reddit) with proper content and tracking
• Use Claude, Claude Code and our MCP server daily; build everything AI-first

Job description

Gainable turns spreadsheets and business data into finished internal apps. An operator uploads a sheet and gets a working app with dashboards, roles, copilots and its own MCP server in about 6 minutes, at roughly $2 per build. Build like a vibe coder, ship like an enterprise.

The role

We're hiring the person who builds and runs our growth machine day to day. You won't be setting strategy on your own; a very senior GTM adviser makes the big calls, I make the product calls, and our founding AE runs the deals. Your job is to turn those decisions into working systems fast, learn from the people around you, and come back with data. If you want a role where someone with 20+ years of GTM experience shows you how it's done and then hands you the keys, this is it.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain our outbound stack: intent data, enrichment, sequencing and LinkedIn automation
• Instrument the funnel end to end in PostHog, from first visit to paid, and make the numbers trustworthy
• Write scripts and small internal tools that connect our data sources, CRM and messaging, most of them built in Gainable itself
• Execute the experiments the adviser and I decide on, on landing pages, onboarding and pricing, and report what happened with data rather than opinion
• Feed our AI visibility work (Promptwatch, SEO, Reddit) with the right content and tracking
• Use Claude, Claude Code and our own MCP server daily; we build everything AI-first and expect you to as well

Who you are

• 0-3 years of experience; a side project, a startup internship or a self-taught track record all count
• You know the GTM basics: what a funnel is, what outbound looks like, why activation matters
• You are comfortable with spreadsheets, SQL or a query language, and a funnel chart
• You have used AI tools to build things, not just to chat
• You are hungry: you'd rather ship 3 rough experiments this week than 1 polished one next month
• You are adaptive: when the adviser changes direction on Monday, you've rebuilt the pipeline by Wednesday
• You want to learn from people who have done this before and you ask questions before you get stuck
• You write clear English; most of our customers are in the US

Nice to have

• Experience with any of: Clay, Apollo, Customer.io, PostHog, LinkedIn Ads
• Familiarity with MCP, agents or LLM APIs beyond the basics
• You've been the "person who set up the tooling" somewhere before
