Brightvision AB is seeking an Italian-focused outbound SDR to grow our Italian market presence. This part-time, freelance role requires native Italian and professional English, with a track record in B2B telemarketing and inside sales. Experience in an agency setting is a plus, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset is valued.

You may lead a remote SDR team in time. The position offers flexible, remote work with CET alignment and the possibility to work from Europe.

Qualifications

• Italian fluency at native level required for daily client engagement.
• Strong English for internal communications.
• Proven success in B2B telemarketing and inside sales.
• Agency background is preferred.
• Self-motivated with entrepreneurial drive.
• IT/tech sector experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound activities via calls, emails, and social selling.
