Job summary

Lovable in Stockholm is looking for an early IT hire who will help keep our people productive and our office running smoothly. This hands-on role combines a builder's mindset with AI-driven automation to unblock the team quickly and securely.

You'll own the full device lifecycle, triage issues, automate repetitive tasks, and support events with AV setup. Collaboration with Security ensures a safe, seamless developer experience in a fast-moving startup.

Qualifications

2–4 years in IT support, sysadmin, or technical operations at a tech company.
Experience managing vendor relationships and evaluating features.
Experience leading multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

Serve as first point of contact for hardware and software issues, triaging and resolving tickets.
Own the full device lifecycle: procurement, provisioning, configuration, maintenance, and decommissioning.
Actively automate repetitive support tasks using AI tools and scripting, and maintain documentation that enables team self-service.
Track and manage the company's hardware inventory, ensuring consistent standards across the organization.
Provide on-site IT support and work with internal and external events, including AV setup and pre-event coordination.
Partner with the Security team to protect our fleet while keeping the developer experience smooth.
Note: This is an office-first position not suitable for remote work.
