Job summary

Us3 Consulting invites an experienced PMO Lead to provide end-to-end coordination and governance across a complex programme of projects. You will work with Project Managers, senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery, financial control, reporting, risk management and governance.

This hands-on role requires strong organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to coordinate multiple projects and drive actions through to completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO, Programme Management or Project Management.
• Strong organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering governance, reporting and financial tracking.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects/workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across multiple projects and Project Managers.
• Support budget preparation, financial reporting, accruals and forecasting.
• Review and sign off service and licence contracts with stakeholders.
• Coordinate programme reporting, RAID logs and Steering Committee materials.
• Prepare cross-project decisions for decision boards and ensure actions.
• Coordinate programme governance and Quality Gate reviews.
• Align project cutover plans and support execution activities.
• Monitor documentation, deliverables and data quality against standards.
• Manage programme administration across Teams, SharePoint and programme portals.
• Act as central coordination point for programme communications and stakeholder engagement.

We are looking for an experienced PMO Lead to provide end-to-end coordination and governance across a complex programme of projects. You will work closely with Project Managers, senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure effective programme delivery, financial control, reporting, risk management and governance.

This is a hands‑on role requiring strong organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and drive actions through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across multiple projects and Project Managers.
• Support budget preparation, financial reporting, accruals, actuals and forecasting.
• Review and sign off service and licence contracts in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate programme reporting, including status updates, RAID logs and Steering Committee materials.
• Prepare cross-project decisions for decision boards and ensure actions are followed through.
• Coordinate programme governance and Quality Gate reviews, including tracking agreed actions.
• Align individual project cutover plans and support execution activities.
• Monitor project documentation, deliverables and data quality against programme standards.
• Manage programme administration across Teams, SharePoint and programme portals, including distribution lists and contact information.
• Act as a central coordination point for programme communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven experience in a PMO, Programme Management or Project Management environment.
• Strong experience coordinating multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
• Experience with programme governance, reporting, RAID management and financial tracking.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior stakeholders.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience preparing management reports, presentations and governance materials.
• Strong understanding of project delivery processes, controls and quality standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams and SharePoint.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting large-scale transformation or complex programmes.
• Experience with Quality Gates, Steering Committees and decision boards.
• Experience supporting cutover planning and execution.
• Experience with procurement, supplier management or contract review.
• Experience working in a structured governance or regulated environment.
• Project or programme management qualification such as PRINCE2, PMP, APM or equivalent.
