Job summary

JobBusters AB is seeking an experienced IT Procurement Specialist or Software Asset Manager to drive strategic sourcing for a major energy-sector transformation. This role will coordinate across IT/OT categories, security and procurement to establish a new OCC and ensure commercial decisions align with programme objectives.

The role requires strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills, with a focus on software procurement and asset management in a large organization.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience within IT Procurement with strong software category focus.
• Experience as Software Asset Manager in a large corporation is acceptable.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to bridge commercial, technical and business perspectives.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience creating auditable procurement processes and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct IT/OT category and supplier market analyses to identify suppliers and capabilities for the programme.
• Translate requirements into sourcing strategies, supplier criteria and procurement plans.
• Prepare RFIs, RFQs and RFPs in collaboration with Business, IT, Legal, Security and Procurement.
• Plan procurement milestones, dependencies and key decisions with the programme roadmap.
• Develop evaluation criteria, commercial models and scoring for supplier assessments.
• Coordinate supplier shortlisting, clarification meetings, negotiations and commercial recommendations.
• Support contract negotiations, onboarding, mobilization and handover.
• Maintain a consolidated overview of supplier progress, timelines, risks and decisions.
• Provide procurement insights for programme reporting and budget discussions.
