Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of procurement consultancy focused on IT software, or five years as Software Asset Manager in large corporations.
• Relevant university or college degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Law or IT, or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to align commercial, technical and business perspectives.
• Strong analytical and structuring skills with attention to transparency and auditability in procurement decisions.
• Pragmatic and delivery-focused, balancing procurement quality, governance and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Translate programme requirements into sourcing strategies, supplier criteria and procurement plans.
• Coordinate sourcing and supplier-selection activities with business, IT, architecture, Legal, Security and Procurement stakeholders.
• Maintain transparent and auditable procurement decisions while balancing quality, governance and compliance with programme deadlines.
