JobBusters AB is seeking an experienced IT Procurement Specialist or Software Asset Manager to join a major transformation programme within the energy sector. You will drive strategic sourcing across software, IT/OT and related technology services, translating complex requirements into actionable procurement plans.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, coordinate supplier evaluations and negotiations, and help ensure commercial decisions support the programme's objectives while maintaining

Qualifications

• A relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years IT procurement experience with focus on software.
• Experience as Software Asset Manager in a large corporation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience creating transparent, auditable procurement processes and decisions.

Responsabilités

• Conduct IT/OT category and supplier market analyses.
• Translate requirements into sourcing strategies and procurement plans.
• Prepare RFIs, RFQs and RFPs with stakeholders.
• Plan procurement milestones aligned with the programme roadmap.
• Develop evaluation criteria and scoring for supplier assessments.
• Coordinate supplier shortlisting, meetings, negotiations and recommendations.
• Support contract negotiations, onboarding and handover.
• Maintain overview of supplier progress, risks and decisions.
• Contribute procurement insights to programme reporting and budget decisions.
