Job summary

Swedbank AB is seeking a Process Owner for the Software Development process. You will take end-to-end accountability to design, implement and continuously improve this critical IT process, ensuring it scales across the organization.

You will lead the IT Process Manager team as Agile Product Owner, define a clear roadmap, govern backlogs, and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders. The role emphasizes measurable outcomes, data-driven decisions, and responsible governance.

Qualifications

• End-to-end ownership of IT processes at scale in international contexts.
• Proven track record delivering measurable outcomes, not just designs.
• Experience with AI solutions and integrating AI into processes.
• Strong ownership mindset and accountability for outcomes.
• Experience with process governance, controls, and compliance.
• Background in Agile setups, APO or related role.
• Ability to influence multiple teams and senior stakeholders.
• Clear communication and ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Experience roadmaps, backlogs and priority management.
• Analytical mindset with KPI and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Drive large-scale process implementation and continuous improvement with IT and business stakeholders.
• Act as Agile Product Owner for the IT Process Manager team.
• Define and execute a roadmap for process development aligned with goals and regulations.
