Legora seeks an IT Engineering Lead to shape the technology foundations that our employees rely on—identity, devices, corporate networks, and core SaaS platforms. You will set technical direction, hire and develop engineers, and review designs to keep internal systems reliable, secure, and scalable as Legora grows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading internal platform teams through significant growth.
• Strong depth across identity, endpoint management, SaaS administration, and networking.
• Track record of delivering automation and integrations that remain reliable after launch.
• Practical software engineering skills including scripting, APIs, version control, code review, and testing.
• Experience operating services through incidents, migrations, and changes where productivity and security matter.
• Ability translating security requirements into effective technical controls and demonstration of control effectiveness.
