Job summary

Legora is building and scaling a global HR platform to power People operations across its expanding workforce. You will own design, configuration, testing and release, partnering with external vendors to bring the platform to life and keep it reliable as Legora grows.

You will combine deep HRIS expertise with an understanding of People processes, translating requirements into scalable system configurations. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role in a fast‑growing AI company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with an enterprise HRIS, including platform support, configuration, testing, data work and releases.
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements for HR system changes, and turning them into configuration and test plans.
• Strong Core HCM knowledge, including business processes, organisational structures, security and reporting.
• A strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and how they operate across a global organisation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high bar for data accuracy, system reliability and documentation.
• The ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, explaining complex system concepts clearly.
• A proactive, hands-on mindset. You're comfortable getting into the details, challenging assumptions and taking ownership of problems through to resolution.
• Nice to have*: experience with integrations between an HRIS and other systems, such as payroll, ATS, IT provisioning or finance.
• Fluency in English, which is our working language.

Responsibilities

• Platform design and build with external partners on solution design, configuration, testing and release.
• Workstream delivery: own defined sub-streams of our HRIS implementation from requirements to release.
• Platform configuration & administration: configure, maintain and optimize our HRIS including security and lifecycle transactions.
• Requirements gathering: run workshops with stakeholders to understand current processes and scale needs.
• Translate People requirements into effective system configurations and workflows in partnership with domain experts.
• Data integrity: support data mapping, validation and reconciliation across People systems.
• Testing & release management: own functional testing, coordinate UAT and ensure safe deployments.
• Platform support & optimisation: troubleshoot issues, improve workflows and adoption.
