Qualificações

• 8+ years of product design experience.
• 4+ years leading product designers.
• Experience in B2B SaaS with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to coach senior designers and drive outcomes.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and shape the design operations and workflows with product tri os.
• Deliver recommendations to improve briefing, decision, and hand-off processes.
• Collaborate with designers to implement changes and maintain quality.
• Conduct day-to-day design reviews and make design calls in coordination with the CPO.
