Job summary

Nextt & Mason AB seeks an Interim Portfolio Project Manager to lead organizational restructuring for a forward-thinking product team at their southern Sweden HQ. Reports to the Portfolio Director.

Responsibilities include gap analysis, proposing new structure, overseeing implementation, strengthening Product Management processes, ensuring market research-based decisions, and driving changes to lift sales and profitability. Assignment starts asap for at least 8 months.

Qualifications

• Experience in portfolio/product management to assess organization and propose changes.
• Ability to prioritize changes aligned with strategy and profitability.
• 10–15 years in product/portfolio/category management roles.
• Experience of change management.
• Dedicated, positive mindset, energy, motivated and humble leader.

Responsibilities

• Review the organization (gap analysis) and manage the implementation of new structure.
• Develop stronger processes linked to Product Management.
• Ensure processes based on market research, customer perspective and value, aligned with company strategy.
• Drive and lead the change process to increase sales and profitability.
• Support a long-term business mindset.
• Sounding board to the Portfolio Director.
