About the role

Hilding Anders is looking for an experienced Integration Manager / Specialist to lead how our key business systems connect and share information — with a strong focus on Infor M3 and the Infor OS platform. You will make sure data flows smoothly and reliably across our ERP, retail, e-commerce, and cloud systems, and help shape how our integration setup evolves as the business grows.

This is a hands-on role that blends practical delivery with strong stakeholder management. You will work closely with IT, business teams, and external partners to turn business needs into reliable integration solutions — and keep everything running smoothly day to day.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

• Design and maintain how our systems connect, keeping Infor M3 and Infor OS at the core of our integration setup.
• Recommend the right tools and approach for new integration projects, including supporting our move from BizTalk towards Azure-based integration.
• Build security, reliability, and scalability into every integration we create.
• Build and roll out integrations using BizTalk and Azure tools such as Logic Apps and API Management.
• Support the release process and testing for integration projects.
• Set up and maintain Infor M3 and Infor OS connections so data can flow in and out of the system accurately.
• Maintain integrations with our POS and order management systems (Sitoo and Omnium), keeping product, inventory, order, and financial data accurate.

Operations & monitoring

• Keep an eye on integration health, and quickly address any issues or delays across connected systems.
• Maintain clear documentation and response steps for when things go wrong.
• Get to the bottom of recurring issues and put fixes in place to stop them happening again.
• Be the main point of contact for integration topics, working with IT, business teams, and external vendors.
• Translate business needs into practical integration solutions, and explain technical decisions in plain language.
• Manage relationships with our system vendors (Infor, Sitoo, Omnium) and integration partners.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

Education & experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• 5–8 years working in integration roles, including solid hands‑on experience with Infor M3 and Infor OS.
• A track record of successfully delivering integration projects across multiple systems.

Technical skills

• Strong knowledge of Infor M3 and Infor OS, including how they connect and exchange data with other systems.
• Familiarity with BizTalk and Azure‑based integration tools (such as Logic Apps and API Management).
• Experience with, or a solid understanding of, retail systems such as POS and order management platforms (e.g. Sitoo, Omnium).
• General understanding of common data exchange methods (APIs, files, and standard data formats).
• Comfortable using basic data and database tools to check information and troubleshoot issues.
• Awareness of good security practices for connecting systems, such as secure logins and access controls.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation, even without a deep technical background.

Domain knowledge

• Experience in retail or consumer goods, with an understanding of POS, order management, and supply chain processes.
• Familiarity with how core business data is structured and managed — products, customers, orders, inventory, and finance.

NICE TO HAVE

• Any Microsoft Azure certification, particularly one focused on integration.
• Some coding experience (e.g. C#/.NET) for building custom integration components.
• Experience with version control and DevOps tools (such as Git or Azure DevOps).
• Experience with moving integrations from BizTalk to Azure.
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks for handling incidents and changes.
