Job summary

Hilding Anders, a leading sleep company based in Malmö, Sweden, seeks an experienced Integration Manager/Specialist to lead how our key business systems connect, with a focus on Infor M3 and Infor OS. You will ensure data flows reliably across ERP, retail, e-commerce and cloud platforms.

This hands-on role blends delivery with stakeholder management, working with IT, business teams, and external partners to translate business needs into robust integration solutions and to keep systems running

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 5–8 years in integration roles with solid hands-on Infor M3 and Infor OS experience.
• Proven track record delivering integration projects across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain how systems connect with Infor M3 and Infor OS at the core.
• Move from BizTalk towards Azure-based integration and related tooling.
• Ensure security, reliability, and scalability of integrations.
• Build and roll out integrations using BizTalk and Azure tools.
• Coordinate release testing and keep documentation up to date.
• Manage vendor relationships (Infor, Sitoo, Omnium) and integration partners.
